I made a smooth Flying Carpet mechanic using Control Rig + Raycasting for smooth flight and collision detection to stop it from clipping through buildings and floors.
I got inspired by the system made by @SupremeUEFN.

Created a smooth flying chair mechanic for Steal The Brainrot 👀
Used control rig and raycasting for smooth flight and collision detection to avoid buildings and floors 🔥
Love the final result with the custom chair in the new Aqua Event🤩

I'm working on "One Starry Night", a choose-your-story visual novel thanks to @TimSweeneyEpic words of encouragement! It was the push I needed to dive into what I really love. Can’t wait to fill this category with good stories & help bring visual novel fans into d Fortnite world!
ALT I'll use a mix of conversation and cinematics, to retain engagement through the reading.
ALT I'm diving into branching, exploring ways to let players be involved in the story with participation and their own personality.
ALT I'll be restricting players to a linear environment gameplay, that can be immersive from point A to point B, but switching camera angles to first person inside buildings.
ALT Connecting: conversation devices, skilled interaction devices, and cinematic sequencers to create multiple endings at the rooftop for the "Celestial Festival" event.
