#FM27 tip. Everyone watches Condition and Sharpness. Not everyone watches Fatigue. Include the column on your Squad screen. As fixtures pile up, especially with high-intensity pressing, Fatigue becomes one of the most important squad management metrics in the game. A little rotation now beats losing a key player when the trophies are on the line.

Player Buy-In might be my favourite addition within Tactical Effectiveness in #FM27. Managing performances, morale and minutes is nothing new. Managing players who aren't fully convinced by your vision is. I really enjoy it as a new layer of squad building, and another factor to consider when deciding who to move on. #FM27

Like in that screenshot. By attributes, Dasiuke Yokota is our "best" right winger. He should be a simple pick. But he's just not onboard with the strategy. Now last season I used him largely from the bench, and his personality is 'Fairly Sporting' which is one of the neutral personality types, not overly Professional, Ambitious or Determined. I wonder if simply fielding him more often will win him round. The most interesting one is our captain and star midfielder, Nicolas Raskin. His 'Managerial Support' rating is just so low, despite us having great success together in my first season in charge. We had a bit of a contract dispute which eventually resolved and he renewed, but in my story-telling head, perhaps he's holding a grudge! A fascinating new dynamic in the fictional environment in and around the club.

While you can't Print Screen in #FM27, I'm finding ways to get the numbers out of the game I need in order to generate visuals like this, analysing squad performance in a save. It's a work in progress, but I'm enjoying myself!

I say the above with tongue firmly in cheek. I’m just glad folk (including me) who care about FM are enjoying the new game. Sure there’s ME improvements required and the UI needs work, but this is the Unity baseline I had hoped 26 would be.
