It was great to attend @FMNProject at the St Brides Centre - I heard and saw first hand about the work they do using music to build an inclusive community of "warmth, openness and understanding". We are a project that is built upon dementia-friendly values, and is open to all - it really is positive and inspiring.

'It’s important to create an environment that includes, rather than excludes. Inclusion can be an overused word. For me, it’s about being interested in each other' - Paul from @FMNProject speaking at the #ScotDementiaFest

Fantastic session from @FMNProject about what music means to us as individuals and how music can bring us together to create a community. How community can raise us up, bring us together and help us communicate on an emotional level. 🎶💚 #ScotDementiaFest

Such a privilege being back at @captheatres for Together in Song
We’re back with @FMNProject for Together in Song, our monthly dementia friendly concert @captheatres. We’re two songs in and I’m already teary. There’s something so moving about this group of people singing together, it gets me every single time.
