Hurricane survival update: 💀😂
Paid $1,000 for a generator that ONLY powers my mom’s RV in the backyard. Spent 5 HOURS finding the right connections to get it working. Cut my thumb to the bone splicing wires because apparently I’m NOT an electrician. 😭
Now all 4 kids are cycling showers in the RV like it’s a 5-star resort. 💀

Just got phone service back in Pensacola. 💔
My county has only 145,000 residents. 138,000 ARE WITHOUT POWER. Nearly the ENTIRE county.
The last 24 hours have been HELL. Playing Mr. Mom to 4 kids under 9 through their first hurricane while my wife was bedbound with the flu AND strep. Worst hurricane I’ve ever experienced.
As soon as power returns, I’m doing my FIRST-EVER 24-HOUR STREAM mainly streaming @castlearena and @myprizeus :) after over a year of streaming.

That hurricane with the name that many can’t even pronounce, will be forever known as the hurricane from hell in my home. It tore me a new one. Sounds and noises I’ve never heard before, not of this earth. It looked like a bomb went off when I was able to go outside. My fence is gone, my roof has chunks missing, my siding ripped off. Even my mailbox is gone. What a really horrible experience.
