Playing multiple sports means more exposure to a varied and diverse set of movements. Through practice and repetition the athlete improves at these movements thus developing a better all around movement skill set(i.e. all around coordination, balance agility ..a better all around movement skill set then makes it easier to learn even more complex skills like those required at the higher levels of many sports...late sports specialization is best developed through early generalization...
Doesn't matter if you were born a stud or want to be a stud, playing multiple sports makes you a better athlete.

Has anyone got a good ‘student friendly’ Infograph as to why playing multiple sports will help them achieve their goal as a professional footballer?
Seen a few but they aren’t necessarily student friendly. They were more centred towards adults

Looking to create a ‘Sports Nutrition’ display that looks at fuel for sport.
What to have pre/during/post sport and exercise…
Not the usual carbs, fats, protein etc and staying away from ‘fads’!
Anyone done this? Tried this?

If you cared so much you would fund your girls academy. Currently charge them fees, don’t allow them in your academy building and make them travel to their own games. Unlike the boys at all ages. #Lionesses #WEuro2022Final @CPFCAcademy #cpfc @IanWright0 @morrisonclinton @CEO4TAG
