The discussion about the SEC and Ripple is interesting. There's a very simple solution. FRCP 60(b)5 allows for the parties to stipulate to vacating prospective enforcement of an existing order or judgment. It would take less than an hour to draft and file it. #Ripple #XRP

What's amazing is how many people take a post about Ripple and want to pump HEX some more. Heart's case wasn't dismissed on the merits, his case was dismissed because the SEC couldn't draft a complaint correctly to properly allege jurisdiction. Laughable.

Go ask MS Co-Pilot how many people voted for Biden in 2020. Then ask Co-Pilot how many votes for Trump. See what happens.

While tax free tips and overtime is panderific, how about no taxes for honorably discharged veterans and active duty service members? Consider the incentive to serve, and a nice "thank you" for the service. @realDonaldTrump @KamalaHarris

ETH was $148 at the start of the HEX ICO. Today, ETH is $1844. That's a 1145.95% gain. HEX, which you traded your ETH for, started at .0005 and is .005 today. That is a 900% gain.

At the height of the 2021 bubble, ETH hit $4635. That is a 3034.46% gain. HEX, at the height of the recycling pump, hit .4869 for a 97280% return before the rug pull in October, 2021.

Now that Uni pulled support for HEX, how liquid is your HEX?

Why it took this long for the SEC to care about HEX is one question, but the real question is how Heart really thought he could get away with it?

Alleging that certain assets are securities, blankety, in a law suit against an exchange without actually going through the analysis of each asset is, in a word: horseshit. SEC's abusive and abhorrent action is unprecedented.

Coffin v. United States. Since 1895, the US Supreme Court wrote, clear and unbending, that a defendant is innocent until proven guilty.

FTX: Cryptographic currencies were not hacked. The FTX fallout has as much to do with crypto as sub-prime real estate had to do with the quality of the construction of the house. Let that sink in.

The motion by @CelsiusNetwork to return custody account funds may be based on an attempt to appease securities regulators more than out of any duty to customers. They are being advised by the best lawyers in the country on how to avoid massive regulatory consequences.

Also, I want to congratulate the Texas State Securities Board for opposing the motion for @CelsiusNetwork to sell Bitcoin. After review of the motion and the opposition, I feel the opposition provided by the state is well-reasoned and makes sense for the creditors.

With the appearance of John J. Sikora as counsel for @CelsiusNetwork, it is good to know that they will finally be getting a bit of advice about securities regulations.

Unbank yourself and get away from regulators that don't understand crypto, while we run to the bankruptcy court to protect ourselves from you, the unbanked we just stole money from. #Celsius
