Back with Class of ’29 RB Johnnie “The Rocket” Rollins III.
Fresh off track season, we quickly got him back into RB mode.
This weeks work: ladder exits, lateral cuts, ball security, reaction drills, obstacle avoidance, dead-leg moves, jump cuts, and finishing vertical through the gate.
Track builds speed. RB training builds the ability to read, react, cut, protect the ball, and explode through traffic.
Always sharpening the craft.
