Very hot weather can cause dehydration, overheating, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Protect yourself and others and take extra care to follow the health advice.

As we approach the start of the holy month of #Ramadan, I would like to wish Ramadan Mubarak to Muslims in Wales and around the world.
Your selflessness and sacrifice, combined with your support for each other and those less fortunate, is an inspiration to us all.

As a predominantly black, Asian, minority ethnic Club we are sadden by the events that happened last week in America. Unfortunately for many of our young girls racism will be or has been part of their lives in one form or another.
We are proud to be a club that helps teach the young girls of our community that they are important that they are honoured, cherished and they make our lives all the better for having them in it.
A different kind of Eid, but still the same amount of love and kindness as always. Stay safe everyone. 🤍🤍🤍

The Pavilion is closed again today due to delays in the work. No gymnastics again. Apologise for any inconvenience caused it’s totally out of our hands. 😢

I ended Apprenticeship Week with @WelshRugbyUnion apprentices ahead of today’s game in Ireland.
Apprenticeships open doors – there are people involved in today’s team who’ve come through this programme.
I’m proud we’re creating at least 100,000 apprenticeships by next year.
