Dolphins’ HC Mike McDaniel ruled out Tua Tagovailoa for Sunday’s game vs. Buffalo. He still has not cleared concussion protocol.

Annual reminder that a truly “random” pick in a round is not valued at the middle pick I.E. a “random” 1st (12 team) is valued closer to 1.05 than it is 1.06/1.07, because the degradation of value is not linear

Excited for Fields to presumably get NFL-level talent at WR over the next 2 seasons. Jalen Hurts level upside

This is also why the phrase “League Winner” is basically useless in fantasy football analysis
Jakob Sanderson (@JakobSanderson) profile pictureJakob Sanderson@JakobSanderson26 Dec 2022
The fact that it was probably more +EV going into next week to have drafted Cam Akers than Josh Jacobs in best ball tournaments is either an indictment of the format or the key to the format and idk which one yet

I say basically because it does apply for full season best ball leagues, but if your league has a “post-season” of any kind, it’s useless

This is largely why modified best ball is the best dynasty format. Oh, you’re going to bench Davante Adams or Rhamondre Stevenson? Not a chance Selecting the right “back ups” takes far for skill than auto-playing Davante Adams every week

Hindsight is always 20/20 in fantasy football. Rhamondre Stevenson was a consensus top-10 RB in every single rankings set. If you want to play players after they score their points, play in a best ball league.

Carolina — which fired HC Matt Rhule earlier in the season — will win the NFC South if it wins at Tampa and at New Orleans in the regular season’s final two weeks. Interim HC Steve Wilks leading the charge.
