Most FX markets take weeks to build real depth. @idrx_co’s IDRX has scaled up massively since launch. $10M+ traded on a currency that didn't have a market on Textile a month ago. That’s not luck. that's just how Textile FX is built, for steady progress and results. keep trading: app.textilecredit.com/s/swap… gm & happy new week

September didn't start quiet, and it didn't end quiet either. ◽️@idrx_co’s IDRX landed on @Celo with Textile FX liquidity live from the first trade $1M in 4days and past $6M by day 11. A currency that had to prove it could actually be traded, and did. ◽️@cngn_co’s cNGN kept climbing the whole month, crossing $15M+ total traded naira moving at a scale that would've needed a small army of OTC desks a year ago. ◽️Back-to-back records: A new all-time high in volume one day, a new all-time high in TVL the next. Two days, two proofs the network isn't just growing it's compounding. And we closed the month looking outward: @token2049, Textile FX showing up alongside Celo, IDRX, and Tether. four corridors, one month, zero slow days. HAPPY NEW MONTH! app.textilecredit.com

What's the difference between an OTC desk and a market like Textile FX? Here's the real answer: ◽️An OTC desk is one person, in a chat, quoting one price. You don't find out if it was fair until after you've already sent the money. By then, there's nothing left to negotiate. That price can also shift depending on how much you're moving. Ask for $5K and $50K from the same desk, and don't be surprised if the numbers don't match, with no explanation given either way. ◽️Textile FX works differently, several people with capital are quoting buy and sell prices at the same time, and you see the best one before you confirm anything. More quotes competing for the same trade means a tighter gap between buy and sell not out of generosity, but because nobody wants to lose the trade to a better price sitting right next to theirs. That's the whole difference. One desk hopes you don't check. A market doesn't need your trust, because the price is already there, competing for your business before you've said yes to anything. Check: app.textilecredit.com

A currency being "on-chain" doesn't automatically mean it's usable. Plenty of tokenized currencies exist with almost no one actually willing to trade them. The real test isn't whether a currency is on a blockchain. it's whether someone's quoting a fair price on it, right now. That’s the gap Textile FX exists to close, corridor by corridor. Quick question: how many people does it take to set a fair exchange rate? Most systems answer "one."One bank, one desk, one person deciding what your money is worth today. Textile FX was built on a different answer. We’re breaking down how it works at @token2049 in Singapore next week ◽️Wed., October 7th ◽️4pm SGT ◽️Fat Prince RSVP today: luma.com/lkrxpz9t

the World Bank has tracked the average cost of sending remittances for over a decade. it's still around 6% globally barely moved, despite a decade of "disruption." the fintech era made transfers faster. it didn't make the pricing honest. that's the gap Textile FX was built to close. check the actual rate before you send → app.textilecredit.com

The most important crypto marketing channels in 2026 are: • Twitter • Telegram • Discord • YouTube • TikTok • Crypto-native media outlets Token economics influence marketing How users interact with a product is influenced by token economics and marketing needs to account for that. The five pillars of a crypto marketing strategy: 1. Positioning and narrative: The most important question any project needs to answer is: why does this exist and why now? Strong positioning defines: • The category the project belongs to • Its unique differentiation • Its core value proposition • The narrative connecting it to broader market themes • The crypto market runs on stories, projects that match the current hype cycle grow faster 2. Community as a growth engine: In Web3, your community is your growth engine. Projects that treat community as a broadcast channel lose engagement fast. What works in 2026: • Tiered community access on Telegram and Discord • Ambassador programs • Creator partnerships • Regular AMAs and community events • Gamified participation tied to product milestones • Strong communities become self sustaining growth channels 3. Content strategy: Content plays three roles in crypto marketing: education, narrative control, and search visibility. A strong content strategy maps to the user journey: • Top of funnel: educational content and ecosystem explainers • Middle of funnel: deep dive threads and product breakdowns • Bottom of funnel: token utility content and onboarding guides images or videos 4. KOL and influencer marketing: KOL marketing remains one of the most effective growth channels in crypto. Success depends on choosing the right creators. What matters most: • Audience quality • Engagement rate • Content credibility • Niche relevance Effective campaigns typically use mid tier crypto influencers with flexible briefs and tracked performance links. 5. Paid and performance marketing: Paid marketing in crypto faces platform restrictions but effective channels still exist: • X Ads • Crypto native advertising networks • Sponsored newsletters • Influencer amplification campaigns • Paid campaigns should amplify organic traction, not replace it Project that do this accurately and consistently outperform those that treat it as least.

Launching a new product? Here’s a playbook to help you get your first thousand users: • Fix your onboarding process: Make your onboarding effortless for new users to sign up and start seeing value right away. • Collaborate with the best SMM who would convey your product vision to the targeted audience, engage them and build a community. • Work with first testers: I recommend friends, family, who might be interested in checking out the product. Teach them the onboarding process. This cost $0 • Test Small Ads Early: instead of heavy collaborations with influencers and creators, run cheap social media ads (Twitter, Meta and TikTok). Ensure the ad spend is a friendly budget. This helps you find who actually likes your products, gives your data to improve and let you collect emails. • Build a hype squad: Your friends , family and partners should be your biggest supporters. Make them post about you on their social, tag your products in random discussions. It goes a long way. • Keep your pitch simple: When you announce the product, do not overcomplicate it. Use catchy headlines , a short description of what it does and a clear “join now” • Team up with creators: Partner with budget friendly UGC creators on TikTok, Youtube, X and optimize for SEO I recommend mid tier creator for starter. It reduces costs • Try new marketing stunts: Do not be afraid to try weird or creative ideas to get attention. Some might fail, but you might get lucky and hit it big • Focus on a region first: Your first goal is to get your product known and used in a region before expanding globally • Email for retention: For every new user sign ups, send a welcome Email and daily guides and update. I hope this works for you.

CACM: The $0 Growth Strategy For Startups Most brands are stuck in the “preaching phase” “We’re building the future of decentralization” almost every web3 brands has this line on their social “Here’s is why fintech *** is the best” sorry ,no one cares. The problem? The market is noisy. And users don’t care. Deep down, no one wants to be the first person to use a product. Before they click the “buy button” or “Connect wallet”, they’re checking: • Are other people using it? • Are there reviews? • Do real users trust this? • Is this project alive? Users psychology takes a huge part in marketing. It’s called social proof. And it’s why proof of usage beats any marketing copy. So instead of the regular content style, do this: CACM = Conversation as Content Marketing. Here’s how it works: 1• Talk to your Users and Stakeholders in and around your ecosystem: Could be 30 minutes call on any channel of your choice. X space , Video chat on Google call, Instagram, YouTube or Telegram voice note. 2• Ask real questions: • What value did you get from the product ? • What was frustrating? • What would make you tell a friend about us? • Ask questions on their industry knowledge and the likes. Record the conversation. With permission 3• Now make that 1 conversation into 10+ pieces of contents: • 30secs clip becomes a video for X and TikTok content • The full call becomes YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn content • Pull 5 quotes from the call and turn them into X thread • Take 1 insight and make a LinkedIn post • Share the lesson in your Telegram community You just created over 10 posts from 1 user Why this works so well: 1• It build trusts: People trust people. A real user talking is better than 10 brand threads 2• It’s a proof of usage: Even if you have 10 Users, showing them is better than 10k members you can’t prove 3• It’s a feedback and marketing in one: You got a bad feeback? Post it and the fixing phase. “First version was rough. Here’s how we fix it based on our user feedback” 4• It’s free: No KOL Or creator budget. No ad spend. Just conversations. If you’re a startup founder with limited users, your job is to look real. Connect with your audience, share conversations That’s CACM Create conversation. Evoke emotion. Show proof

Founders-led marketing works because founders are human first. Before he’s the founder of Base, he’s a person. Before Brian Armstrong is Coinbase CEO, he’s a person. Personal tweets and takes are his feelings. Founders takes = Company policy and updates You don’t have to agree with everything they say. You don’t have to like their memes, their politics or how they announce layoffs. But policing every post and demanding they “ only talk about certain things” is how we end up with boring CEOs, aside work, that might be their way of relaxing The reason why founder-led marketing convert is because it’s real. Kill the human, you kill the marketing. If you want to know what Brian thinks of AI, Crypto and the markets, let him do it his way. Let’s Brian be Brian If you want only Base updates check @base If you want just Coinbase support @coinbase Don’t confuse the person for the protocol.
Regarding the recent buzz around my profile picture changes and some feelings that the Base community isn’t being supported enough: I appreciate the feedback (even if tough to hear) and I realize you wouldn't take the time to respond unless you cared. It seems I wasn't clear enough setting expectations for all of you, so let me try and do that now: please don’t follow my personal X account for investment advice or signals around individual coins. I’m simply posting things I find interesting or funny on the internet. I may not even be aware if there is a coin or project attached to the content I'm posting (you should assume I'm not, to be safe). My posts and profile pics are also not endorsements or commitments to anything. Base is our shot at building foundational infrastructure for financial services where we can all innovate together. That includes tokenized stocks, borrow/lend protocols, stablecoin payments, etc and yes even meme coin trading. I believe in economic freedom, and support you trading whatever you want. Just realize that if you're treating my X account as alpha, you are doing so at your own risk, against my wishes. I would never recommend this. On the topic of “support” from the Base team or Coinbase, there seems to be confusion around this too. There are many tokens we would like to list on our centralized exchange, but can't for compliance and regulatory reasons. If you want Jesse or me to pump your bags or shill certain coins, we're also not going to do that. Here is what we are committed to on support: we run in-person Base Batches and issue grants to high potential builders, Coinbase Ventures and the Base Ecosystem Fund also invest in the most promising companies building on Base, and we periodically integrate promising Base defi protocols into our products at Coinbase which enhances distribution. I might even mention something on X if I think it's interesting, but again, this is not investment advice. In general, we bias toward supporting projects that we believe will create long term customer value. You may like this approach or you may not, but either way hopefully it creates clarity going forward, so you can decide what you want to do. I respect your choice, either way. P.S. I still might post memes if I think they are funny! It's still not investment advice.

Last weekend I told you I got something for you on Monday, but I didn’t get to drop it cause I had many things to sort on my desk. Through @FF_Protocol i’ve spent the last 20 days talking to founders. Web2, SaaS, web3, and fintech founders. I figured they might be building a different thing but they got same pain point. They’re obsessed with getting seen and accepted which is quite understandable Marketing isn’t distribution. Now, they know. I told them this “Your enemy is simple: Your users don’t know you exist, and your vision is trapped. So I gave them one support solution: Let’s launch a founder’s Series. I asked them if they’d be available and they all said “yes” The rule is: • One founder every week • Share their stories • The build up journey • Connect with the audience • The real vision for why it has to work Our first guest joining us this Thursday at 7pm is @oasadiq founder of @porfilrapp He will be joining to show you his build up journey, what inspired him, how he has been trying to navigate this crowded market. This series is for both web3 and web2 founders If you’re a founder building the next big innovation and you’re tired of your team telling your story for you, you’re up next. If you’re a user, this is your chance hearing from the builder directly. Founders that would love to join the next series DM me “BUILD” Space schedule link in the comments

The best place to build and scale digital products right now is Africa. Yet, so many global brands are overlooking it. A region whose population consists of youth (60%) shouldn’t be overlooked I have seen major companies across the world tap into this opportunity and they have been top on their game. The likes of Opay, Binance, ByBit, Samsung, and so many brands that became an household didn’t scale through luck. They did because they prioritized every region and treat it as a home. While some founders have tried scaling here but they did it the wrong way. No playbook, no direction. The demand is here, you just need the right distribution and local trust to tap into it. That’s why I built @FF_Protocol We are your execution partner for web2, web3, fintech, AI, and consumer products building within Africa or entering Africa. We help you: • Find product market fit • Acquire users • Build retention • Scale revenue I’ve seen many founders with great tech and zero clue to scale here. Ffprotocol is the playbook you need. If you’re a founder building in Africa or outside Africa and you still thinking “how?” Send a DM ! If you are already here but struggling, DM me also.
We go beyond service and become part of your story! At FF Protocol, we don’t just deliver services. We embed ourselves in your mission. Because great marketing doesn’t happen from the outside, It happens from within.👇
