PSA to all those who own kig masks: when you unbox your mask, please ensure that you are recording the process, as transit damages may occur, and if there is no evidence there may not be reimbursement/replacement. This is by no means the fault of the mask maker (@MoyuKig in this instance), however, box packaging is still something to be considered. when i opened my box, i found the packaging lackluster. her ears were better packaged than the mask itself i found. it may have been due to transit faults, but i found my mask having a cracked faceplate with scratched paint and a piece of her shell had broken off and was attached to the covering net. Therefore, always emphasise to your mask maker that the packaging is secure, tight and free of any potential wobbly bits, as this may happen to you, though i sincerely hope it does not happen again to anyone else.
