Thanks for the good discussion!
George and I had a great time chatting about all thing soils and soil sampling @farmers_edge . Here’s the link if you missed it m.youtube.com/watch?v=xr1CXT…
Next day after the rain, and then this was taken last night. Wheat propped right back up! It hasn't given up yet!

This @farmers_edge crop health alert map is showing the areas affected by gopher damage in this field to a T!
These alerts can be sent right to your email and include overall acreage affected on each field. #FEagronomy

Using satellite imagery, we see a major difference in field variance. After some discussion and investigation, the red (pictured) is due to equipment error on the seed drill. This happened on the back portion of the field, which wouldn’t have been caught without imagery! -TM
Out walking a field yesterday using #FarmCommand. Noticed an east/west line in the field. Asked the grower. He couldn't identify it. Then the operator says " I seeded the north side a day later!". Imagery picks up what the naked eye couldn't. @farmers_edge @FE_DigitalAg

Join me tomorrow at 1 pm SK time to chat about hail events!
How have hailstorms affected your farm?
Join our YouTube Live tomorrow at 2 PM CDT to discover how you can use your farm’s data to identify which areas of the field sustained damage and how to efficiently scout and manage the situation.

Thanks for the video @InstantAgronomy ! Lots of variability in nutrients but in crop staging as well. #vrworks @farmers_edge
Variability exists in all soils, here we can see from above just how variable this specific field is. @FE_EPrairies is zone sampling this field and will provide an in-season #VR Nitrogen prescription, due to this grower dealing with excess moisture in the spring. #VRworks - TI

A snapshot of some of the damage I seen today. The hail swath is pretty accurate to where we can find damage in the field. @farmers_edge making hail scouting more efficient.
I just did a YouTube live on fungicides and VR Fungicides. Check it out!

#FarmCommand staging for today's crop observation. Right on target. @farmers_edge @FE_DigitalAg

Using expensive map fertilizer where we NEED it. Application corresponds perfectly to in season imagery! Next up VR fungicide!
#VR @farmers_edge
Did some moisture probe soil sampling. A week after these are installed, they get a sample to calibrate the moisture sensors. Connor, our muscle man Tech, got the sample to 44". Thanks to @InstantAgronomy as well. @farmers_edge
#plant22 is now complete on our farm! What a season! 37 crops have now been planted by my Dad.
Just had a customer call me that something may be wrong with their @farmers_edge prescription map. Went on #FarmCommand to see where he is. Real time diagnostics. Problem solved, his mapping wouldn't show proper colors of zones
Here I have a zone 2(low productivity) soil core(0-24"). Notice the black top soil ends at 4.5". And the soil temp was much cooler and 20lbs of N less than the other core. The zone 4 has nice topsoil to 9" #vrworks @farmers_edge

The views in this field sure are nice, VR seed and fertilizer Corn off to a good start. Looking great from the sky and the ground! 👀 @FE_EPrairies @marginetmlc
Found this in a field today. What pesticide would I use to get rid of this? And what's the Latin name for this??

Back at it again! Taking soil samples to calibrate in field soil moisture probes. #FEagronomgy
