Earlier this month, I celebrated the UK’s largest manufacturing sector, contributing £5.2bn to the economy, at the @Foodanddrinkfed parliamentary reception. The food and drink sector is a large employer in Glasgow North.

First trip to Nestlé Girvan to learn more about their operations and contributions to the community. Great to see a global company investing in so much in the local economy. 90% of their staff live locally and farms in the area supply the factory with quality milk.
