There is an issue with the storage system in Amsterdam Currently. we are working to resolve it. All AMS virtual machines are offline.
Stopping all virtual Machines on HV01 in Amsterdam to make adjustments to the hypervisor configuration. VMs will be restarted when done.
All virtual machines on HV09 in denver have been started, or queued to start. HV10 should be back online soon.
The issue has been resolved, The OApanel and all virtual machines in Chicago should be back online now.
We are seeing an issue with a switch in Chicago that is causing virtual machines to go offline. The OApanel server is also offline.
There was a power issue in Denver that took all virtual machines offline. All hypervisors have been restarted and all VMs are booting now.
Customers on that Hypervisor can login to the oapanel and rebuild their virtual machines to bring them back online.
Chicago Hv07 had a raid failure that resulted in all customer virtual machines on that hypervisor being lost.
Switch Maintenance in Amsterdam is taking longer than expected. We have no estimate for when it will be completed.
2AM Central on 5/3/2013 we will be performing maintenance on the switches in Amsterdam that the virtual servers are connected to. 30m outage
All VMs in Amsterdam are offline due to a power issue in that location. we are working to bring everything back online.
We will be taking The Chicago Storage system offline on 4/7/2013 at 1Am Central time to perform additional upgrades to the system.
We will be taking our Chicago servers offline on 3/31/2013 at 1Am central time to perform software and hardware upgrades.
