Interacted with some of the FFVII post, now the algorithm has me in the gaming space, yall, at least NASCAR twitter drama ain’t this crazy
With more information based post I’m seeing, I’m convinced this is the case, if it were reactionary to the mod, they likely would have had the patch overwrite all the car files back to default, which will likely be coming in a future patch
Yall, I figured it out, Spire let JGR think Gabehart stole information, so that Spire could force JGR and TRD to provide their set up and technical information be released in discovery, so they wouldn’t actually have to commit a crime to get the information
Something to keep in mind is this list is what Spire is arguing JGR’s trade secrets are. It benefits Spire for the JGR trade secrets to be as small of a list as possible and it benefits JGR for its trade secrets to be as big of a list as possible. Ultimately, the court will decide what falls under the umbrella of JGR trade secrets. If I am tracking things correctly, this is related to a pending discovery motion where JGR is alleging that Spire is refusing to produce technical information that JGR is seeking in order to see if Spire has its trade secrets and if Spire incorporated JGR trade secrets into its practices after it hired Gabehart. Spire also has a pending discovery motion asserting that TRD is refusing to fully respond to a subpoena as it relates to the production of technical information. Those motions were set for hearing on September 30, but have now been pushed back by one day to October 1.
No skin in the game but, 35 comes across the track 34 takes evasive action, 88 is along side contact unfortunately made, 88 bounces into the Logitech car at the bottom of the frame, spinning the 88. Need to see a non chase camera view for more context

I had just started thinking it’d be cool if NASCAR donated to a charity on Ricky’s behalf right before it was mentioned. Zero expectation, but it would be a cool nod.
