Julian Balzer (Rockledge HS) is a very talented 2021 LHP. Big frame, loose arm, and a sharp breaker. Best days are probably way ahead of him. His FB was mainly 86-87 tonight and T88. CB was 77-78. He’s playing for @FCABaseball321 and is committed to UCF.
