15 alleged members and associates of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation (“UGSN”) were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
These criminals subscribed to the idea they were as untouchable as their namesake implied. Operation Certified Delivery proved them wrong – illustrating the only thing untouchable here is the strength and reach of the #FBI and our partners.
The operation - part of the FBI's Operation Cold Front - spanned multiple states and included assistance from over 300 #LawEnforcement partners from dozens of agencies.
Thanks to all our FBI colleagues who helped with this takedown, especially @FBI_CIRG for sending the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) and their incredible mobile command post up from Quantico.

Less than a year since its inception, the #FBI's National Counter-UAS Training Center (NCUTC), operated by #FBICIRG, has already trained and certified enough operators to help State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial partners stand up their own C-UAS capabilities. Just last week, NCUTC graduates in New York led airspace protection at the US Open from start to finish, with our @NewYorkFBI team working alongside them as supporting members of the Task Force to Restore American Airspace Sovereignty. This success reflects our shared mission: giving partners nationwide the training, tools, and confidence to protect critical infrastructure and major events. Last week, 34 newly certified Public Safety Bomb Technicians from local, state, and federal agencies joined the ranks of America’s Bomb Squad after completing the Hazardous Devices School Certification Course. Over six intensive weeks, these graduates trained in electronics, explosives, demolition procedures, personal protective equipment, threat assessment, diagnostics, arming and firing systems, render-safe techniques, manual access, disablement, robotics, and other advanced subjects.
These professionals now stand ready to support their teams and join the community of 3,000 bomb technicians nationwide. They will endeavor to protect the communities they serve and embrace the bomb technician ethos: “Here am I. Send me."

Sometimes, #FBI investigations take flight. When agents need to make an arrest in difficult terrain, or conduct a medical evacuation, the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group answers the call.
Our CIRG aviation teams recently deployed to Alaska, in support of @FBIAnchorage, to transport a violent crimes against children (VCAC) subject and bring him to justice. While our Tactical Helicopter Unit joined the @FBICharlotte #SWAT team for a training exercise in the North Carolina mountains.

Last week, as the world focused on the closing of the #FIFAWorldCup2026, the #FBI was responding to a dangerous hostage situation in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest near Redding, CA. Two individuals abducted two U.S. Forest Service biologists, triggering a major local, state, and federal law enforcement response.
True to our motto, CIRG’s Aviators, Negotiators, the Hostage Rescue Team, and other operational enablers deployed rapidly to support our Sacramento field office and partners. After a 15-hour standoff, our Sacramento field office, partners, and CIRG secured the safe release of both victims and the peaceful surrender of the suspects.
