Going to fall short of my $50k revenue target for 2022.
By 30th December 2023 I am going to have a 50k month.
Pinning for accountability.
The work to make that a reality begins today.
Took a few weeks off socials. Good for the soul.
To those who sent DM's, I'll get back to ya soon, I promise!
We're back, and I'm excited to see everyone killing it in the Ecom space.
Let's get that 馃崬馃崬
I鈥檝e got bigger forearms than this guy has legs.

Watching some old algorithm inspired YouTube clips of the UK version of Dragons Den (Shark Tank across the pond)
Was a massive fan of the show when I was in school. Would watch it every Sunday night
It鈥檚 only now that I鈥檝e started my own company do I appreciate what I watched.
Will finish the month just shy of 9k.
Taken foot off gas with PPC recently so sales have slowed.
Still only one product. Second product is in full swing. Detailed product design completed and will be sent to supplier to create a sample.
Aiming for 25k p/m by Q3 (July/August).
Oh Canada! 馃嚚馃嚘馃幍
Set up a NARF listing on Saturday to combat 7 hijackers/dropshippers.
First sale made yesterday.
Canada not the primary focus but nice to see the product converting in another market.
So much grey hat stuff goes on on Amazon.
Difficult not to get affected by it.
Either way, curate offers that do their best to make people buy from you even if you鈥檙e on the back foot.
I might be quiet on here recently but don鈥檛 confuse my quietness with idleness.
2023, I鈥檓 building this brand to 50k per month.
So much to absorb. I鈥檓 watching and learning from some of the best on here and in private communities.
Samples validated and a clear winner.
Tech pack currently being designed.
Working with a designer I鈥檝e worked with before to create some kick ass packaging.
Fingers crossed - a June launch on the cards.
Hopefully this鈥檒l take me to 30k p/m by Q3.
I now find buying stuff on Amazon weird even though I literally have a company selling stuff on Amazon.
Felt at a loose end today.
Didn鈥檛 feel like training, didn鈥檛 eat much.
Thought fuck it. Went to gym. Trained.
Feel absolutely amazing.
Obviously you all know the lesson.
But worth reminding anyway.
According to @MyAmazonGuy, Amazon are about to launch a PPC style bidding process for sellers who want extra storage space at fulfilment centres.
It appears as if - for the time being - the days of manufacturing 1k/2k/5k units and sending them into Amazon directly are over.
I bought a competitor鈥檚 product to test their quality vs samples from suppliers.
Now I鈥檓 getting served up YouTube ads for their brand.
Cookies and cached data are mad.
The 80/20 rule will apply to most of your sales.
80% of your sales will come from 20% of your keywords.
Find those keywords and target them aggressively. Aim to rank highly on them organically.
The best thing about an Amazon FBA business.
I can go out with colleagues and friends.
And whilst I鈥檓 socialising, Amazon fulfils my orders. I don鈥檛 see or touch the stock.
Chinese New Year coming up.
Most suppliers will down tools for a couple of weeks.
There won鈥檛 be a better time this year to get your business in check.

Find it so motivating when I see other FBA PL sellers killing it in the sphere.
6/7, even 8 figure exits on the cards.
