After years of use, @Revolut can decide to close your account without telling you why, saying only it’s “outside their risk appetite.” Then they restrict your tens of thousands of RevPoints to Air Miles only. No explanation, no choice.
Apparently that's customer service in 2026.

1/ Hello @SportsIcon. I hold 32,500 tokens on Gate exchange, which I want to withdraw, but I don't want to sell. I also can't sell for USDT (for example) and buy back via (say) Metamask, because there is no liquidity. What am I supposed to do?
2/ I also won 1000 tokens (check @bulgar1an) fair and square, yet you blocked me, because I asked why you can't deposit/withdraw from your only exchange for months now. Will you resolve this, or you will again block me, I will be forced to sell my tokens at a loss and move on?
Hey @Inter. Before you agree on a sponsorship with a given company, do you read the reviews/experience of its customers? I am asking, because I am wondering how can you agree to advertise someone who has 1.5 stars rating (you can read why). People say money isn't everything...
