(4) in a crowded section, someone in the immediate vicinity (2 seats either side or 1 row below (you don’t go over some bodies back). (5) in an unoccupied area (empty seats where it lands) then it’s first person with a grasp of the item….

You don’t wrestle it outta someone’s hand and claim victory. If an adult gets an item then immediately gives it to a kid (whether it’s contentious or not) the event is over. Take a seat. Let Team PR people decide what happens next. You definitely don’t take it from a kid, ever.

@ShibumiShade Hey Shibumi - we’ve purchased 3 shades. 2 originals then two years later a color option. Originals held up great on Kiawah Island - new one is least used (maybe 15 times in 18 months)…. And this happened on the 4th. Will you replace it? Thanks

Customer service from @ShibumiShade Got back to my email in under a half an hour to ship a replacement. You can’t get this level of customer service in America anymore.
