I had this idea of taking a completely white-clay runway scene and slowly turning it into a real fashion show without changing the shot halfway through.
So I built the base concept in GPT-6 Astra first.
I kept the setup very controlled:
> same model
> same runway
> same camera direction
> same overall composition
Then I moved the image into Pippit Story Studio and planned the transformation in stages instead of switching everything at once.
The sequence went like this:
face → hair → dress → runway → audience
I also changed a few things after seeing the first version:
→ made the dress a sheer rust-orange couture look
→ switched her hair to loose waves
→ kept the camera moving with her
→ added subtle audience movement + clapping
Once the sequence felt right, I used Seedance 2.5 for the final generation.
What I liked most was that the final video still felt like the same scene I had created in Astra.
It just gradually became real.
