When a system is delivered to the Indian Navy, it carries more than a serial number. It carries responsibility. Responsibility to perform when conditions are unforgiving. In a milestone we are proud to share, two TROUT military-grade ROV systems have been delivered to the Indian Navy, as part of a five-system programme. For EyeROV, this is a deeply meaningful moment. Because the real significance of TROUT is not simply that it was built in India. It is that an Indian-built underwater robotic system is now moving from development and validation into service with one of the country’s most critical institutions. There are moments when you look at how far you’ve come, and struggle to find the words. 🇮🇳 Presenting EyeROV’s technology to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa at the BRICS Bharat Innovates Exposition was one of those moments. As our Co-founder and CEO, Johns T Mathai, shared our indigenous underwater robotics technology, that small vehicle carried something much bigger: years of work, a team’s belief, and the ambition to build world-class marine technology here in India.
