@amazonIN are you not able to control the manipulation of your user submitted review system or you're not willing to fix it at all? These fake reviews aren't even created with any efforts. Look at this one in the screenshot, two verified purchases reviews and both are same. 😂

Placed an order for Rs. 1515 on @zomatoin and waited more than an hour for delivery. Upon contacting the support they refunded me only Rs. 1369 instead of the full amount. The agent absolutely refused to read my messages and did what they wanted.

@zomatocare I ordered a bunch of stuff from McDonald's. Not only was the order late but the whole thing had spillage issue as well. Your chat support is giving me a refund/coupon for ₹50. Unacceptable. I need someone to call me right away.

Interestingly, my phone is also in Aligarh. I’ve shared this information with my assigned officer but they are doing nothing with this information. @DelhiPolice expects people to just forget their phone it seems.
