Just got off the phone with @Usaa and they told me "I apologize that you are stranded in the middle of nowhere, but we will send you an alert once the system goes back online" I am driving cross country to see my mom and I am stranded out here with no gas, no food, nothing.
And here I was putting the harness on as tight as it can go making sure my dog is extremely uncomfortable.
