Marc Andreessen says that transitioning from a nonprofit to a for-profit like OpenAI is seeking to do is usually constrained by federal tax law and other legal regimes and historically when you appropriate a non-profit for personal wealth, you go to jail.
Transitions of this type do happen, but it would involve buying the nonprofit for its market value: $150 billion in cash.

Why Did I Take This Trade?
- As you can see in my chart below, the 563.15-563.70 level has been acting as a major resistance the past few days. I've marked these levels on the chart.
- When I saw SPY struggling with this same level today, and not being able to break above strongly, I knew there was a rejection coming.
- After the rejection of the zone I stated above I was looking for my entry, and when SPY popped red candle after the consolidation, I took my entry.
- Why did I not stop out when it went up after my entry? SPY did not break above my zone so there was no reason to stop out yet.
