Meanwhile… If gold miners were a standalone sector, they would be the cheapest group in this comparison of US equities. Roughly a 10% free cash flow yield. No other sector shown comes close. tavicosta.substack.com/p/sho…

What is happening between copper and silver is remarkable. Copper’s resilience while other metals sell off is too important to ignore. There is plenty of skepticism around metals right now, and I think this is a very important window of opportunity. tavicosta.substack.com/p/sil…

The market is forcing Bessent and Warsh's hand. Look for Fed to jump in much sooner than 2008 to avoid significant damage. Massive new YCC/QE and the end of free debt markets will drive Gold to the moon. Until the Fed jumps in, expect yields higher and Gold & stocks lower.
Gold is getting dumped as yields surge... The war is far from over. In a global sovereign debt crisis, rising yields aren't bearish for gold... They're bullish. Because these high debt levels make high rates unsustainable. In other words, higher yields in the short term will lead to artificially lower yields in the long run. We don't own enough gold for what's coming.
