Today at the @mnstatefair, Sen. Amy Klobuchar joined DNR Commissioner @StrommenSarah and state and nat'l tourism leaders to discuss the importance of tourism to the state's economy. The Travel Works for America road show put a spotlight on the experiences MN has to offer.
This week we had the opportunity to be part of an event at the Minnesota State Fair to discuss the importance and value of the travel industry, alongside local and national travel advocates!
The event was part of a @USTravel national tour focused on how travel works—In Minnesota, visitors directly spent $14.1 billion last year, supporting more than 180,000 workers!
