. @AdviceExeter great report on #LettingAgents - we've been asking @ExeterCouncil to revise their list of all Letting Agents for a while!

Apparently '85% of private tenants are happy with letting agents'. With 10,000+ renters in #Exeter that's actually a lot of folk who aren't!
