Your driver keeps leaving parcels outside our gate and not delivering to our door. This has happened over ten times and goods have beendamaged and soaking wet. Our postcode is LS17 6JP and we are no longer accepting this disgraceful behaviour by your courier! Unless this changes.

Wow reading all of these complaints I don't stand a chance. EVRI lost my parcel 7 days ago and a replacement keeps being promised but not yet dispatched. Just keep getting fobbed off by CS on FB messenger.

Shocking customer service @Evri_UK_Help @EvriDeliveryEng can a human please call me, one of your couriers pretended to try and deliver my items and now the items are on their way back to sender. I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday. Still waiting for a call back. #evri
