Votoms is one of my favourite Anime series of all time and it's so cool to see them still bringing the peak character designs after four decades. Especially after the death of original character designer Norio Shioyama who sadly passed away in 2017.
It's such an amazing series because everything in it is so damn good: story, worldbuilding, Mecha design, the soundtrack. All the staff behind it excel at everything they do: and now Mamoru Oshii is joining the fold too!
Can't wait to welcome the series back like an old friend. Will be very interesting to see what happens with the western distribution of the 2 new movies.
