I think tonight we can all see where this is actually going.
Manchester City’s owners will probably agree to extra investment in Manchester and the UK in exchange for a minor points deduction and a fine.
City will start the 2027/28 season as if nothing has happened and probably win the league after spending another half billion in the summer.
And I for one will never consider the Premier League fit for purpose from that moment on.

The UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he would be “really concerned” to lose Manchester City’s Emirati owners from the Premier League.
“They’ve been such a huge partner in the building of modern Manchester and obviously the building of Manchester City into the global force that it is.”

So I've read the majority of the 40 page documents and there's more holes in it than a second hand dart board the whole fucking thing is just a mess i fear this will drag on for another 2 years and will only end with a high court ruling in the meantime fans and players will be abused on a daily basis I'm still leaning towards just taking the punishment then we can move forward i appreciate not many feel this way

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: A former Premier League executive has divulged an idea on how to apply the sanctions to Manchester City.
The idea consists of removing the club an amount between 20 and 25 points in the Premier League for 3 to 5 years.
This would not allow them to qualify for the Champions League in theory, and they would be stuck at a sort of 'dead zone' in the middle of the table.

Hard to tell most weeks if I’m watching football or wrestling. All them cameras and the Premier League won’t use them to cleanse the game of play acting and cheating, while the media get their talking points so feed it more. A once great league ruined by corporates. VG.
