The RCMP told Joe Tay, his family & his volunteers it was too dangerous for them to go door to door during the last election.
Meanwhile the PRC / CCP volunteers could go door to door, to intimidate and tell people not to vote for Joe Tay.
Sick stuff.
THIS IS EXPLOSIVE. 🚨🇨🇦
A CSIS intelligence report says a PRC consular official discussed influencing Chinese-Canadian voters and anticipated that this influence could grow in future federal elections.
Read that again.
This isn’t Twitter speculation.
This is an INTELLIGENCE REPORT.
It even describes efforts to shape voting attitudes against Conservatives and influence voters around specific political messages.
Canadians were told foreign interference was exaggerated, partisan, or nothing to worry about.
Meanwhile, our own intelligence service was documenting exactly this kind of activity.
Forget Liberal vs. Conservative for a second.
A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT TRYING TO INFLUENCE CANADIAN VOTERS IS AN ATTACK ON CANADIAN DEMOCRACY.
Every Canadian should want the full truth released.

Honestly, this is one of those "know what time it is" kind of developments. Never Again is now.
President Donald Trump amplified a Christian lawmaker-backed plan to create expedited immigration pathways for Jewish Canadians fleeing antisemitism — sharing the proposal with millions on Truth Social.
Canada has reported nearly 7,000 antisemitic incidents in a country of roughly 41 million people. The U.S., with more than 342 million people, has reported fewer than 6,300. The National Association of Christian Lawmakers is urging the State Department and DHS to use existing refugee, humanitarian and visa authorities to help facilitate relocation for the more than 2,000 Jewish Canadians who have expressed interest.
Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has already told Trump his state would welcome Jewish families who legally enter the United States, and Jewish and Christian leaders in Tulsa have offered to help receive them.

This is the biggest political story in BC right now.
The Auditor General’s office has said that because this is the current fiscal year, the file falls under the comptroller general. That is the official who is responsible for the province’s books, not a communications shop and not a ministry reviewing its own forecast.
The royalty line in Budget 2026 is a booked revenue figure. The government has already said it will cut that figure by about $1.5 billion over five years. Olewiler and the BIV experts say the cut may be $2.5 billion or as high as $3.5 billion. The comptroller general should take the file, set a written scope, and name the date the review will be completed.
A press release from the Premier’s office is not an audit. The signature that matters is the one that certifies the public accounts.

Canada just spent half a billion dollars poaching 64 academics, three-quarters of them from the U.S., and then CTV put the most revealing quote on TV
Talia Bettcher (trans philosophy / gender studies) is leaving Cal State LA for a taxpayer-funded chair at Waterloo because, in her words, it “felt unsafe for me even in Los Angeles given the increase in anti trans sentiment.” That’s not a materials scientist fleeing grant cuts. That’s an identity-politics scholar being paid by Ottawa to relocate over a political climate she dislikes
The program is sold as “doubling down on science.” Some recruits are doing storms, solvents, and health. Fine. Mixing those with “trans community resilience” chairs and equity-framed geography shows the real filter: Canada is importing people who share the government’s moral posture, then calling it “talent strategy.” Minister Joly said they saw an “opportunity to seize.” Opportunity for what—research output, or a subsidized ideological transfer?
If the U.S. is cutting unstable grants, compete on labs and results. Don’t write eight-year, million-a-year cheques so someone can feel safer doing gender theory north of the border
Taxpayers should ask how many of these 64 chairs would exist if the selection criterion were “what actually scales Canada’s productivity,” not “who is fleeing the culture war.” @melaniejoly

It's exhausting trying to explain the Canada-US trade standoff to Canadians, so here's a picture.
This is a world map. I know it's deceiving but the world isn't actually flat and is much larger than this image.
The green lines are North American trade routes. As you can see, Canada and the United States are connected by land, so that means goods can travel via pipe, truck and train—relatively cheap forms of transportation.
The red lines are Asian and European trade routes. The big blue areas are ocean. That's water, and water means goods can only travel via boat and plane—much more expensive forms of transportation. Especially now with carbon taxes added to energy like jet fuel.
Canadian products are some of the most expensive in the world due to our regulatory and labor standards. US products are similarly expensive.
Transportation costs are added to the end cost of product. So what that means is Canada's expensive products will have additional costs attached for the end user. So a Canadian product on a shelf in China will be significantly more expensive than something produced locally or in a nearby nation like Russia where those same products move via the pipe/rail/truck method.
What makes trade between the United States and Canada beneficial is the low cost of transportation. So even with tariffs, Canadian made products are priced competitively against products that have to travel across ocean.
China's products are cheap because they use slave labor and low grade materials. That's never going to change. The advantage Canadian and American companies have on the American continent are competitive pricing with a guarantee of higher quality. That's why people buy homes built with Canadian lumber rather than flimsy synthetic materials produced in China. In certain scenarios, especially when it comes to big purchases, quality exceeds pricing. But the pricing has to stay competitive, and North American trade guarantees affordability.
Mark Carney can make a million deals with nations all over the world. It doesn't change geography. Nobody wants to buy a $25 carton of milk.

Within all of Canada's free trade agreements (FTAs), with a host of other countries, there is something called a baseline memorandum of understanding (MOU).
That MOU outlines how the trade agreement for goods sold into Canada are contingent upon Canada retaining access to the U.S. market.
When the USMCA is dissolved, almost every single FTA organized by the Canadian government that matters, collapses. Canadians have no concept of what is coming.

Remember what I told you the real technical issue was? Canada is selling itself to others as get access to the US market through US and the US is saying that's mostly fine except for countries like China. This is the problem

Here’s the key issue: Canada was bringing in Chinese steel and aluminum and selling it as Canadian steel to help China avoid tariffs
When told to knock it off, they refused. This is why the trade deal collapsed
We cannot allow China to build a proxy state on our border
