The inter partes hearing will be on 26 October 2026. It is essentially the first hearing with all the parties given an opportunity to be heard on the application.
The key issue is whether the court should maintain, vary, or lift the temporary conservatory orders that stopped the IEK from proceeding with the 2026 EBK nomination process.
