Any other angel might, but Jeongguk wasn’t raised to recognise; he should never have had to encounter a being like Jimin. He’s heaven’s prince, after all.

The prince can’t help the blush that floods his cheeks, causing him to lower his head in timid response. At least the other didn’t really know; at least he thought he didn’t.

He doesn’t catch on to what the other means at first; how could he possibly know that Jeongguk isn’t from Earth? He speaks up after a moment, a hint of confusion in his tone.

Jeongguk tilts his head again, curious at the aura radiating from Jimin. There’s something so uncertain, so strange about the other, and the angel is fascinated.

The angel bows his head politely, reaching out to shake his hand. His smile remains just as bright, laced with softness.
