21-year-old Eric Anderson was sacked by Manchester City during Sunday’s Manchester Derby after a complaint regarding him wearing a Manchester United shirt whilst working at The Etihad went viral.
He has now spoken about the decision, telling us at Football Park that “the only thing I wanted to do was my job”.
It was his first day in his role.
