Recently, Governor Soludo opted out of Nigeria's CARES loan from the World Bank. Peter Obi had the opportunity to either take it or not — and if you take a loan, you take responsibility for it. To dismiss $123 million as a non-issue, without recognising that such an amount counts against the financial status of Anambra State, is not right.

The continuous reference to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT by His Excellency, ex Vice-President Atiku Abubakar in his Press Conference earlier today as ‘Bola’ is very disrespectful and discourteous. He should know better that no matter your differences with Mr. President, for the sake of the country, that office should be accorded all the dignity it deserves. The tone reeks of pain and bitterness in his heart.
After all, he made the outlandish claim the other day that Mr. President is older than himself. It is therefore a contradiction that he would also refer to an ‘elder’ by his first name.

Professor Lafiaji-Okuneye, Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University of Education, has been appointed a member of the APC Lagos State Campaign Council’s Contact and Mobilization Committee, and people are congratulating her? She is not taking time off her duties. She will mobilise voters for the APC while serving as vice-chancellor of a university.
I am not worried by the grand larceny ongoing in our government houses under APC supervision; bringing every one of our institutions into disrepute is the greatest crime against our nation.
