Here's a list of TPUSA failings according to UVU's independent after-action security review:
1. TPUSA insisted on the more difficult and vulnerable outdoor venue, against UVU'S objections
2. TPUSA insisted on using its own ticketing system that deprived UVU of reliable, continuously available attendance information and made it harder to forecast crowd size, staffing and access requirements.
3. The TPUSA-supplied risk information understated the security concerns. They estimated only 600 attendees, characterized the event primarily as student-focused, and represented that there were no risk factors/safety/security concerns and NO NEED FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
4. TPUSA was slow to establish direct security coordination with UVUPD. Dan Flood didn't contact Chief Long until September 3—only one week before the event.
5. TPUSA and its protection detail failed to conduct a formal pre-event security briefing and site walk-through with UVUPD, including:
▪️lines of sight;
▪️elevated positions and rooftops;
▪️building access;
▪️Charlie Kirk's arrival/departure;
▪️communications;
▪️staffing;
▪️emergency response;
▪️medical contingencies;
▪️emergency egress;
▪️post assignments; and
▪️who was responsible for which security function.
The executive summary says such a site-specific meeting should have happened several days beforehand.
Furthermore, Chief Long texted Flood asking to meet at the Hall of Flags walkway at about 11:00 a.m.; the contemplated face-to-face security meeting did not occur.
6. Brian Harpole's post-event account of who selected the venue conflicts with the report's evidence. Harpole said UVU forced them to use that venue. Records show TPUSA insisted on it.
7. TPUSA and its principal security people declined to cooperate with the after-action investigation. Brian Harpole, Dan Flood, and executive personnel at TPUSA HQ in Arizona all ignored attempts at contact.

Phil Lyman is a liar.
He was sitting with Sophie Anderson and George Zinn at least 2 weeks prior to this discussing his new Congressional campaign. He'd already decided to run however this staged interview suggests otherwise.
Phil is on record lying that Mike Lee had only invited him to UVU the Friday before but we know better.
The interview is important to hear but what's happening in the background is more pertinent.
Is Andrew Sypher filming a drone or is he taking video of the rooftops?
Angel Pacheco (Castro) makes a guest appearance and Tess Crowley looks a little jealous she's not interviewing Phil.

I haven't forgotten we still have the text threat from Tyler Bowyer to Phil Lyman back in December that requires answers too. This threat also implicates Blake Neff and Sarah Rogers so a little transparency would be useful.

I posted a video on here a couple hours ago regarding the Charlie "Go Bears" vid and the Midland bank commercial. I live on YouTube and am nearly never on this platform. I just received this post here. I believe this thread is a much more thorough audit of the Midland commercial and when it was airing on national TV. As such, I took my video down and I'm going to refer you guys to this thread as I I am not at home and don't have the ability to thoroughly dig into this right this second and I don't want to muddy the waters on this important point. Anyone interested in the conversation around the Midland Commercial helping validate or dispute the date Andrew presented for Charles video should review this thread instead.
For anyone questioning whether the September 8 video of Charlie and his children was actually recorded that day, I found a way to independently CONFIRM OR DISPROVE its 7:17 PM timestamp — and all it takes is one piece of data.
There’s a TV playing in the background. I isolated the audio and identified the exact commercial:

Today is the day the internet can collectively wave goodbye to the “everybody grieves differently” storyline.
There is no sane widow who could suffer her husband’s public assasination and then agree to handover his final private moments captured with his children to Andrew Wilson so that he can troll the internet while raising money.
It is such a disturbing development that there is no other rational determination other than Erika is a deeply disturbed individual. She shouldn’t be able to look at footage that precious without swelling with tears. To instead choose to publicly dishonor your late husband by allowing his last private moments captured on earth with his kids to be chopped and screwed and handed over to Andrew Wilson for no objective reason outside of internet trolling demonstrates, yet again, that something is emotionally and spiritually amiss with Erika Kirk.
This not a regular PR blunder. It registers to the public as psychotic. Full stop.
