I hardcore agree. I don't know what Nemora was thinking but Riku's KH2 looks bad. DDD fit goes hard too, I lowkey stole it for one of my OCs.

This ^. Good luck to whoever eants to use Blissey
You can catch the Legendary Birds in Kanto, the Swords are literally in the middle of routes your going through in B2W2 and the Treasures of Ruins side quest isn't post game either.

It's explored after the credits. I think most people would consider that post game. However, I do agree on the notion these games feel incomplete if you stop at the Johto Elite Four.

Averages around the mid 30s it looks like. But you end the game around level 50 so most are gonna be fully evolved and in a good place by that point. And if you include Kanto you have to include BW post-game where you're definitely gonna be high enough to get all but two.

I actually don't think it is bad. But honesty left frustrated last few I played through. I adore the region and it means so much to me as Silver was my first game. But I just felt like team building is so awkward and the gap between the good and bad are so big.

I think it is. But there isn't a reliable way to do remaches on your terms. So you can only rematch when npcs are open to it, making it a tedious process unless you resort to exploits.

But part of the issue is compounded by the level curve. These pokemon would have time to shine if they reached higher levels. Its also super stupid that Magcargo is so hard to find only to be really bad. Thats bad balancing, the way its used in RSE is way more appropriate.

Thats not really what I'm arguing. Im complaining that Pokemon like Slugma are stuck with Ember until basically post-game. Last time I used Hitmontop its strongest STAB move was Rock Smash until 49. I had just Red left. Meanwhile Alakazam is a Swiss army knife that overpowered.

Yeah I evolved Gloom into Bellossom and got the dusk stone in the post game first chance I got. I was just struggling with learn sets a bit cause I was pretty late into the game using Ember and Pursuit. Nothing awful, but it was a tad bit annoying.

Well I mean this was the team I beat Red with in GSC, Kanto is not really half the game, there's not a lot to do tbh. It's more like 65-35, Kanto to Johto ratio.

Oh GSC was really bad about evolution items. But at least in HGSS you could get them in the Pokeatholon much easier.

Well here's some examples of Pokemon I used last few playthroughs, I usually finish Kanto around the low 50s. And if I used a Dragonite it would burly be evolving before Red if I don't grind. Which last time I didn't and I had a Dragonair in the battle vs Red.
I beat Black 2 for the first time since it came out. Honestly really appreciate it more now. It came out when I was not enjoying the franchise as much so I only beat it the one time and didn't fully complete it. I dont think I like it as much as BW but its got a lot of good stuff
Okay I shouldnt but I wanna comment on it.
My issue with HGSS level curve isnt that it makes the game hard or grindy. But that it handicaps certain Pokemon because they don't evolve or get decent moves until your basically done with the game.

The fact this had no closure for years because we kept getting games taking place earlier in the timeline. It almost felt like it was.
