@Brother_Intl if your support staff were good, they’d be scam “artists”. …but they’re no good, so they’re simply “scammers”. I was told that the streaks down the middle of my pages were directly related to the fact that I was using a third-party cartridge!
I can’t believe I fell for the ruse and ordered a genuine brother cartridge for overnight delivery because that’s the only way your support staff would move to the next step. She agreed to call me the next day. She did not.
