Checked your case, and both the trading accounts and the 2 users are yours You stopped using your first user and created a new one with a different email. Same device, two registered users. To our system that looks exactly like account sharing, so it got flagged Unfortunately, we deal with a lot of cheaters in this industry, and yes sometimes a genuine trader gets caught in that net. This time we got it wrong and we are fixing it. Your previous user is closed now, keep using the second one. Evaluation is approved as well now Congrats on the Master account! For everyone reading: want to change your email? Contact support. Do not create a second user. Your account needs to stay clean so you pass, trade, and get paid with zero headache.
