The reason he was struggling is because he wanted to say he opposes Democrats because he opposed the marginalized groups that are under their tent. He knows it sounds bad so he’s doing all this word salad because he can’t be honest. If I had to guess, my money is on the LGBTQ+ community. If you’re so convinced you’re right, just say what you feel. The fact you have some level of shame about it lets me know you ain’t all that convicted.
