Surround yourself with people who want to pay it forward, and the impact will be more than you can imagine. Photo dump 1 of 2! 📸✨ I was so honored to spend the evening with so many talented women and allies all in one place for our 3rd Annual HumanizeHer celebration. 🎉 What makes this community so special is that it’s women doing powerful things across every single industry: a woman in tech, sports, or politics, an entrepreneur, a leader in business, or a student. We even invited family members, like daughters, sisters, fathers, and moms. ❤️ It’s a truly beautiful thing and so unique because we all come together to learn from one another. This is about humanizing all of us. We are part of something so much bigger than just ourselves and our careers, it’s about the people in our community and growing all the different unique parts of us. 🪴 I deeply love all of you and am so honored by your support in this movement we are creating together. If you want to join our free online community apply here. This is exactly what happens when we bridge the generational gap and remind people that they matter. Dana's journey of building Eldera is a beautiful reminder that giving people a purpose can completely change lives. We absolutely loved hearing how these intergenerational mentorships are empowering kids to do extraordinary things, while giving older adults a meaningful role to play. 🌟 Thank you Dana for sharing your vision and for reminding us all how much we need each other. We’re cheering you on as you continue to grow this amazing movement! 🫶

The incredible Sumer Strawbree took the stage at our 3rd Annual Celebration and we were all in awe of her heartfelt story!! Starting at just 12 years old, she took her own healing process of bullying and turned it into self affirmation books that have now inspired over 10,000 girls! Her message is a massive wake-up call for all parents. Thank you Sumer for sharing your story with the world and we know you’re going to continue to do amazing things! We’re all rooting for you. 🫶

It takes a profound amount of courage to look at a broken system that isn't paying female athletes a living wage here in the US and decide that you are going to be the one to help fix it. Torrey’s choice to lean into her purpose rather than her fear is exactly why we do what we do! We need to share these stories to remind each other that our biggest setbacks set the stage for our most important and meaningful work. 🌟 We’re so proud of Torrey and will always cheer her on as she builds a better future for female athletes everywhere! We're so happy to have captured this beautiful moment on stage.

"I like it. Let's go for it." Those six words mean everything when you’re building something new. It takes a village to build a movement, but it starts with just one or two people willing to step up first. Brannan Vaughan has been my financial advisor for 15 years. Over time, that professional connection grew into a deep, trusted friendship. When you sit down with someone to talk about your future, setting your children up for success, and the legacy you want to build, those conversations leave a lasting impact. So when I shared the mission of HumanizeHer with Brannan to see if Morgan Stanley might be interested in sponsoring, his answer was an immediate "Yes!" I’m incredibly grateful to Brannan, Olivia Bowles-Kymer and @MorganStanley for walking the walk when it comes to investing in women’s ventures, supporting our vision, and standing behind this movement. 🥂 💡 Fun Fact: A few months ago, we interviewed Mandy McClung, on her career journey, estate planning, and lessons on money management. This is going to be some of my best work and I am so damn proud. 💥💪 I loved my time in corporate rising to VP as an engineering executive, and I’m now using every single bit of those skills for the biggest pivot of my career: impacting women across the world and shining a light on their work for the world to see and learn from. Is it scary to pivot into an entirely new chapter? Absolutely. But what I love most is that I get to take everything I’ve learned in tech and leadership to build my ultimate dream. Here’s to going for it, living with purpose, and most importantly making an impact! At our 3rd Annual HumanizeHer Celebration, it was a fantastic moment with the community and podcast guests to reflect on our wild year of growth. Thank you to our incredible community, our brave guests, the team and every single person who helps us elevate women's voices! Join the community below: 👉 community.humanizeher.com/

Shelley Huff, CEO and Co-Founder of The Interval, took some time to reflect and self-assess on her four pillars of happiness: faith, family, work, and spiritual life. 🧘‍♀️ A sabbatical changed her life, she found true balance and became the best version of herself. Now, through her new community, she wants to help others experience the power of taking time to reflect so they can navigate career transitions without feeling grief or shame. 💟 Join the conversation on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts

I can relate. When you spend years or even decades at a company, that workplace slowly becomes your entire identity. So when you finally pivot? It isn't just a basic career change. It is a genuine grieving process. We get so used to tying our worth to a company badge and a job title that losing or leaving it feels completely disorienting. If you are navigating a shift like this right now, here is your reminder: 👑Your job title is just a role, not who you are. 🔥Your skills, grit, and character define you. 💡The companies you worked for were great chapters, but they are just chapters. At the end of the day, you own your identity. Now let's do this! Thank you Shelley Huff for always keeping it real with us on the @HumanizeHerNow podcast. 🔥 Love what you are doing at the The Interval to have these discussions.

Thank you Shelley Huff for this vulnerable moment you shared with us. 🫂 She admits she was unhappy because she realized most of her identity was related to her work. It's so important for us to talk about life changes from either getting that next job or doing something completely different. Shelley shares a powerful reminder: YOU are more than just what you do for work. Your title does not define you. 🫵 Join the conversation on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts

Transitioning between chapters in your professional lives can be lonely. Without the right support system, you can feel that you're the only one trying to figure out what comes next. Shelley knows this feeling firsthand. By co-founding The Interval, she built the community she wished she had during her own transition. 🤝 If you’re going through something similar in your life right now, join the Interval where it’s “a space to pause — with purpose.” 👉 theintervalcommunity.com/ Join the conversation on @YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts

"It's actually the journey of reflection that you become grateful for. What happens when we give ourselves space is very interesting. The life that I've built for myself now is authentically 100% me." - Shelley Huff It was such a real conversation sitting down with Shelley Huff, CEO and Co-Founder of The Interval. She's been a CEO and executive at some of the top companies and she decided to take all that experience and pivot into building a community for executive women. It was something I wish I would have had several years ago when I was going through my career pivot. It's so important for us to talk about life changes from either getting that next job or doing something completely different. We learned so much from her and so glad she's building a community that is so needed for so many. And of course we had so many ideas in common building @HumanizeHerNow! Here are some of the highlights: 🌪️ Navigating “Life Quakes”: Leading a massive corporate restructuring and coping with sudden, unexpected job loss ❤️‍🩹 Sabbatical Journey & Identity Crisis: Finding yourself outside the corporate title and recalibrating for genuine health and happiness 🤝 Birth of The Interval: Co-founding a curated peer community to help leaders transition without isolation 🌱 “Strength of Weak Ties”: How reaching outside your standard network enables authentic career pivots 🫂 Intentional Community Building: Prioritizing trust, high standards, and long-term values over rapid venture capital scale This episode was so fun for the team too and amazing bts photos, captured by 📸 Alina Tyulyu 🎧 Join the conversation with on @YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts.

There are not too many unicorn stories like this where you're a Director at Twitter and then decide to go back to being an individual contributor after falling in love with the product at @descript AND then rising to be the CEO. Congratulations @burkenstocks and thank you for sharing your story with us.
