Super proud of my guy Joel for the work he’s put in the last 3 weeks! Over 10mph increase in velo and still more left in the tank💪📈
Some of the big things we’ve been working on:
-Changing the perception of where the energy comes from
-Letting the arm unfold & Continous flow of energy
-“Throwing the punch” from deeper
-Breaks and getting to the finish
Can’t wait to see how the next few months continue to progress!

Kid put a ton of work in all spring, summer, and fall in the weight room and working on mobility. Now learning how to flow and harness all that power…

Walk Him Please
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Cal Raleigh, MVP moment. He hits a towering solo shot that just clears the left field wall to tie game five of the ALCS.
