Actor, producer, entrepreneur Eric Winter unpacks one of our most multidimensional reboot stories yet.
The no-nonsense Sergeant Tim Bradford on ABC's smash hit The Rookie was once a UCLA pre-med student. While producing TV movies, pitching shows, and spinning up a podcast, another story was unfolding. On a trip to Puerto Rico he discovered an obsession that became Palm Republic Rum, his award-winning premium rum brand.
But the headline in Eric’s story isn’t that he succeeded — it’s that he juggled it all at the same time without a playbook.
On this behind the scenes episode of The Reboot Chronicles Show, hear how he ended up on one of network television's fastest-growing shows, why he built a rum brand instead of chasing the celebrity tequila wave, and how rejection prepared him for entrepreneurship better than any business school could.

I wish you all the best and I hope this sheds light. Again, I didn’t like in support of anyone, I liked a post against an action
Today a few of you decided to take that like and attack me. I would hope to never offend people when it comes to stopping violence in particular gun violence. It’s sad to see so many get upset.
It’s sad to see people try and turn this against me. And for those who do condone violence you don’t need to follow me. I don’t selectively comment. I have liked posts and commented on many things. I’ve stood up for many people and movements.
I’ve been reading so many sad comments. Bottom line for me is this, I liked a post made against political violence. Doesn’t mean I agree with one person or another’s political position, it simply means I don’t condone violence. Period
