A lot of you have probably been wondering where I’ve been the past year or two, so I wanted to finally catch everybody up.
For the last five years, I’ve been fighting through chronic pelvic pain and one of the hardest chapters of my life. A lot of it happened behind the scenes. I stayed quiet, kept pushing, and did everything I could to heal and get my life back.
On November 6, 2025, I had pelvic decompression surgery, and since then I’ve been locked in on recovery, biohacking, peptides, rebuilding my body, and doing whatever it takes to feel normal again.
For the first time in five years, I finally feel 100% normal again.
I feel strong. I feel clear. I feel alive. I feel like I got my life back.
Now I’m ready to get in the best shape of my life, work harder than ever, and make the most out of this next chapter.
