Now wait up to 2 months to get a refund on our cancelled (without explanation) flights, extend our holiday (£), spend £1500 more on flights alone & no word of an apology. After the past 2 years of stress & disruption to the travel industry this is unacceptable @British_Airways

Offering to ask if @British_Airways have other flights (why would they, they've just cancelled ours) & to give us a response in around 7 days. Race to book alternative along with an entire plane load of people. 3 hours & an additional £1500 later we have them thanks to @AerLingus

An email goes to junk folder to inform that your flights to Miami in 6 weeks have been cancelled, no explanation or apology. Accommodation all booked, theme park tickets paid for & @lastminute_com no help whatsoever.
