As reported in the NY Times, Gothamist, and NY Post, The Tracey Towers Mitchell-Lama development is facing a 31% rent increase. I stood with residents of the towers at a public hearing calling on the city to step in and save these affordable units.
I believe in a big tent Democratic Party… but not this big.
Democrats and Democratic elected officials need to stop embracing candidates who espouse antisemitism, promote antisemitic conspiracies, and traffic in antisemitic symbolism.
