After what felt like an eternity of exams A-levels finally finished yesterday which means exams are done for my boys. To celebrate the younger one went to Prom & the older one went to Oulton Park to marshal for the weekend (he's the taller one in the photo) . β₯οΈ

URGENT! Pls share. The last chance to register to vote in the General Election is 11.59pm tomorrow Tue 18 June. Potentially 8m aren't registered at their current address. Here's 4 key facts...
1) You can do it online here registertovote.service.gov.uβ¦
2) It's good for your finances. Not being on electoral roll can make it more difficult to be accepted for credit products like bank accounts or mortgages.
3) You can opt out of the 'Open Register' (which allows your info to be sold on) which will stop you getting junk mail marketing )
4) You'll need ID when you do vote (not to register) if you don't have it, you can get it free until Wed 26 June gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voβ¦
Feeling all of the emotions today. Not only is it 31 years today since my Dad died but it's also my baby's last day in school. One final physics exam this afternoon and somehow this little guy (who is now 6ft tall) is done with school forever. ππ₯π₯
My eldest was born with bilateral talipes equinovarus or two clubfeet. As today is World Clubfoot Day I like to pause and think and say thank you to everyone who gave him the gift of walking.

To Cathy the amazing physio who had to manipulate and cast a screaming & very grumpy baby every week thank you
To Mr Khan, Dan's surgeon thank you for taking care of my baby on one of the longest mornings of my life.
To Mike in Orthotics, thank you.
Report writing day 3.... Pretty sure I'd prefer a third parents evening to this! Procrastination vibes are strong today which is not good as even though I have next week off as well I have a huge to do list to get through after the reports are done. ππ
Absolutely fantastic evening watching @JonathanSayer1 and @henrywlewis in The Mind Mangler. Hilarious and very clever, perfect break from revision treat for the lads (who are somewhere in the photos mixing up Rubix cubes in the interval). If you get the chance, go! It's brilliant
It's taken a while owing to short term contracts and administration mix ups, but I've finally finished the first year of my #ECT! Just read my really lovely report from my Induction Tutor and feeling proud of what I've achieved. π One more year to go!
Had a very long week and have been feeling a bit down so it was so lovely to come home to a super tasty treat delivered by a friend whilst I was at work : home made free from Rocky Road. It was absolutely amazing. β₯οΈ
Popped into school today to do a few little jobs including replacing the table cover on our creative area table! I'm taking it as a sign that's it's been well used that we've wrecked a Dunelm table cloth in 6 months!
Belated birthday treat for the Star Wars mad (foil) fencer and his oldest friend today - a lightsaber fencing discovery session @LudoSport Manchester. For two lads who grew up chasing each other round with plastic lightsabers it was absolutely perfect. Huge smiles all round. π€Ί
