Equity Commons CEO, @whitney_white, was featured in @AuthorityMgzine where she discussed how Equity Commons is standing up against implicit bias in the workplace, the medical field, and beyond.
This new way of learning about #implicitbias allows users to not only hear about experiences of implicit bias, but also to feel those experiences. After participating in our Virtual Reality experiences, 95% of respondents increased their awareness of implicit bias.
Moreover, 86% expressed a commitment to implementing changes based on their newfound knowledge.
