The University of Arkansas just launched the 1st U.S. based injectable BPC-157 Randomized Controlled Trial for tissue healing.
They’re studying post-rotator cuff surgery healing through objective measures like strength testing, MRI, and range of motion. Also patient reported questionnaires on recovery (PROMs).
This is what the science community and physicians needed.
Enrollment starts Early 2027.
First data likely to be seen Early 2028.

INTRODUCING: The PEPTIDES for Veterans Act.
Our veterans carry the physical and mental toll of their service long after they take off the uniform. Chronic pain, service-related injuries and mental health struggles too often go untreated. Meanwhile, peptide-based therapies have shown real promise in recovery, rehabilitation, chronic pain management and mental wellness.
Our bill directs the VA to modernize its definitions, review the latest research, and conduct a real study on the safety and benefits of peptide-based therapies for veterans. If the science supports it, the bill establishes a pilot program to get these therapies into VA medical facilities for veterans who choose to participate.
This is not just Making America Healthy Again in action, it is making our veterans healthy again, cutting through outdated bureaucracy and giving our veterans access to real, evidence-based options for healing.
Our veterans signed up to protect this country. The least we can do is make sure they have every tool available to heal from it.
